SV#5 Unit J: Concept 3-4

In this video you'll see how I solve DP#7
( x-y+2z=0
-3x+y-2z=-6
-2x-y=-11)
and I show you step by step how to do it. Make note that if you solved it and then watched my video then it might be different because you might have preformed different steps but at the end we should have the same answer. At the end of the video I teach you how to check your answer using the calculator.

SV#4 Unit I Concept 2- Graphing Logarithmic Functions

In this Video you have keep in mind that for the y-intercept and in order to find the key points you must use the change of base formula. For the x-intercept you have to remember to set it equal to zero and for the y-intercept you must plug in zero. Try not to mix the two around. When plugging in the equation in your graph make sure that you close the parenthesis. NOTE: Don't focus on the graph because it wont look like yours, just press 2nd graph to see the table for that graph which is all you care about.

SV#3 Unit H Concept 7- Finding logs with given approximations

In this video you have to pay attention to the clues that were provided. You have to make sure that you include that clues that are not give but that are there. For example log base four of four is 1 and log base b of 1 is 0. After you get that then make sure to multiply or divide them to equate them to you solution. Once you have that done expand your clues with the given properties of logs.

SV#2: Unit G Concepts 1-7 - Finding all parts and graphing a rational function

This video should help you learn how to figure out the Slant and Vertical Asymptotes along with the holes of a given equations Remember you have to factor and and use long division in order to get your equation. Note that when you do long division you should not worry about the remainder because all you care about are the top number and you HAVE to be in the y=mx+b form. Dont forget that in oder to find the holes you have to use what you took out, then set it equal to zero and plug it back in to the places that do not have pancakes. Make sure that when you right you limit notation to don't get scared because on you calculator it might not look how its suppose to just know that the graph have to look like my example graph.

SV#1: Unit F Concept 10 - Finding all real and imaginary zeroes of a polynomial

The problem is f(x)= -6x^4 + 41x^3 - 25x^2 - 17x +7 and you have to make sure that you list all the possible factors for the P’s and Q’s for the positive 7 and the negative 6. Once you do that you also have to use the rule of science to list the positives and the negatives and remember once you do the f(-x) the ones with an odd degree will change the opposite. Keep in mind once you are doing the problem to try the positive or negatives and that you are trying to find the ZERO HEROS. Make sure that once you have the problem down to a quadratic formula you have to try to pull out anything and then plug it back in to the factors. Note that that will this problem you will not have a negative number therefore you will nit have an imaginary number.
