SV#1: Unit F Concept 10 - Finding all real and imaginary zeroes of a polynomial
The problem is f(x)= -6x^4 + 41x^3 - 25x^2 - 17x +7 and you have to make sure that you list all the possible factors for the P’s and Q’s for the positive 7 and the negative 6. Once you do that you also have to use the rule of science to list the positives and the negatives and remember once you do the f(-x) the ones with an odd degree will change the opposite.
Keep in mind once you are doing the problem to try the positive or negatives and that you are trying to find the ZERO HEROS. Make sure that once you have the problem down to a quadratic formula you have to try to pull out anything and then plug it back in to the factors. Note that that will this problem you will not have a negative number therefore you will nit have an imaginary number.

SP#2: Unit E Concept 7 - Graphing a polynomial and identifying all key parts

In the problem above, you have to preform six things and they are: writing the equation, write the factored equation, right the limit notation, figure out the x-intercepts, and lastly, figure out the y-intercepts.
In order to graph it you have to know the multiplicity of zeros. If it has the multiplicity of 1 then that means that the line went straight through the graph. If it has a multiplicity of 2 then the line will bounce off the graph and of it has a 3 then the line will curve. While solving the problem make sure to pay attention to how many zeros you should actually have.

SP#1: Unit E Concept 1 - Graphing a quadratic and identifying all key parts
SP#1 Unit: E Concept:1: Parts of a Graph
The problem that you see in the image is a problem about identifying x-intercepts, y-intercepts, vertex (max/min), axis of quadratics and graphing them. Some back ground information would be on "Parts of the Graph of a Quadratic,"for example the vertex is (h,k), the x intercept is y=0, y-intercepts would be x=0, and the axis of symmetry would be the vertical line x=h. The equations given will start off in standard form which is f(x)=ax^2+bx+c but we must complete the square to put it into parent function for which is f(x)=a(x-h)^2+k
In order to solve this problem you have to pay attention to the 7 that can be factored out of the equation and the fact that you have t subtract a 56 from both sides. Once that is done you have to make sure that you get the value of b and take half and then square it so it should be a 9 since half of 6 is 3 and 3squared is 9. Just keep an eye out on your calculations.
